Payment Terms
The Supplier (Jan Vytlačil, Company ID: 01847511), operating under the name A2Z Studio, accepts payment by bank transfer only, for which it issues all necessary invoices and proforma invoices. Unless agreed otherwise, the Customer undertakes to pay a deposit of 100% of the agreed price for the ordered service before any work begins, whether by A2Z Studio or any other party involved. The Customer acknowledges that all services provided by A2Z Studio are artistic in nature and therefore cannot be subject to complaints based on quality. Any additional adjustments or corrections agreed to by the Supplier are made solely as a gesture of good will and at its own discretion.
